In this role, I deliver engaging and educational animal presentations to large audiences, combining confident public speaking, interactive showmanship, and strict adherence to scripted narratives. I am involved in training animals using positive reinforcement techniques to support enrichment, welfare, and public programmes. My responsibilities also include preparing and portioning animal diets in accordance with precise nutritional guidelines, assisting with animal care and medical procedures under veterinary supervision, and maintaining detailed daily records on animal health, behaviour, and training progress. Through this role, I uphold high standards of animal husbandry, hygiene, and enclosure maintenance while working in a dynamic, public-facing environment.

As part of the operations and attraction hosting team, I supported the smooth execution of live attractions in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. I actively engaged with visitors through clear communication and public speaking, enhancing guest experience while ensuring safety and crowd control during peak periods. I also trained and mentored new team members in customer service standards and operational procedures, contributing to improved team coordination. The role required adaptability, quick decision-making, and effective teamwork to manage unpredictable situations and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
Overseas Internship - Digital Marketing

In this role, I contributed to the development of marketing and branding materials across multiple projects, combining creative design, visual communication, and an understanding of each project’s objectives. I was involved in creating company profiles, marketing kits, business presentations, promotional posters, and social media content for different brands. I also supported event production through sound engineering, sound cue programming, and event video editing, contributing to the successful delivery of live events. Throughout my internship, I developed greater confidence in making independent creative decisions, providing feedback and suggestions, and adapting to changing project requirements. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in creative communication, project management, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving while gaining a broader understanding of how creative work contributes to organisational and marketing objectives.

Warehouse Assistant

During my time at Maersk, I supported day-to-day warehouse operations by handling picking, packing, and sorting tasks using RF scanning systems to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfilment. I worked closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow processes, contributing to improved efficiency and service delivery. Clear communication with supervisors and colleagues was essential in meeting quality standards and operational targets, reinforcing my reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
